Business Success Through People.

Nanette Fairley
Chief Executive Officer

Nanette began her career with the Change Management Division of Accenture, then moved into a project role with the Emirates Group.  Since setting up Innovative HR Solutions, Nanette’s primary focus has been on the development of behavioural skills, with an emphasis on leadership skills through non-traditional tools such as development centres, executive coaching, and action learning.

Recently, on behalf of a government entity, Nanette led an organisation wide capability assessment to drive individual and corporate development planning, which saw her build competency frameworks and manage the assessment of 450 staff and managers.  She created diagnostic development centres, which included psychometric testing, and devised corporate training and development guides for each competency.  As part of the project, Nanette facilitated the development of a trend analysis, which drove the organisation’s global capability enhancement.  The project was delivered efficiently and led to a stronger focus on organisation wide and individual competencies.

Nanette also worked recently with a regional bank to up skill internal staff by identifying and developing assessment skills with key HR specialists and line managers.  As a result of the programme, the organisation learned to create its own internal assessment processes and tools.  Now, the organisation has greater confidence in its ability to assess internal and external candidates for new roles and promotions.  This has also led to greater consistency across business units.

Nanette regularly appears on Radio Dubai Eye as the “HR Business Doctor” and has received prestigious awards on behalf of IHS from Tecom and Middlesex University.  Nanette has spent over 20 years devising people focused solutions, which provide competitive advantage.  Speaking regularly at conferences, she is one of the region’s most respected figures in this field.
