iLead - Action Learning
Action Learning, or iLead as we like to call it, is an alternative to traditional workplace training and borrows philosophies and techniques from the world of coaching.
The purpose of action learning is to create sustainable behavioural change without removing participants from the business for long periods of time thus ‘learning while earning’. It is also highly interactive and experiential. Each topic focuses on changing a specific behaviour in a tangible and measurable fashion, with a strong solution focus.
The action learning approach invites a small team (6-8 participants) to attend a small number of intensive learning labs and asks them to complete experiential adventures (workplace activities) between sessions.
Our iLead modules are clustered under five key themes:
