Executive Coaching

Are your employees performing to their optimum level?

Are your employees outstanding performers?

How can coaching give your employees and your organisation the edge over your competitors?

Research (by Daniel Goleman & Hay Mcber) has shown that coaching can increase the bottom line by up to 30 %

Coaching is about change and sustaining positive change. Although some executives use coaches for a career change, most do so to fine-tune their existing skills, i.e., leadership skills, improving communication, developing techniques to deal with difficult colleagues, helping to solve a difficult career issue, restructuring a role or taking on a new one.

It is important to understand that coaches provide personal help, not business solutions – we are not management consultants. Our executive coaches focus on the here and now and assist their clients to plan their own best possible strategies for the future. They are skilled in:

  • Psychological theories of personality and behaviour
  • A variety of coaching models, which have been developed into a successful coaching framework / process
  • The use of Clean Language techniques to assist our clients to identify/model their own outcomes, using metaphors and symbols

A fundamental coaching principle of IHS is that the client knows better than anyone else what they need to succeed. Our executive coaches assist the client to realise their full potential. Our approach is solution focused and non-directional.

Our executive coaches are also members of the British Psychology Society’s (BPS) Special Interest Group in Coaching and are bound by the BPS code of conduct.

We run coach accreditation programmes recognised by the 'Association for Coaching’ .
